Hospitality Guide
Shift Hospitality Guides (HGs) are cornerstones of the Shift experience. We seek to set a new industry standard for hospitality, care, and support for our community of climbers. Our HGs will be expected to become intimately familiar with all of the products and experiences we offer including the climbs on our walls (routesetting), instruction, events, retail, and more. HGs should exude a passion for serving others and creating hospitable environments.
